I'm 52, a writer and editor.
Former owner and editor of
A Writers Choice Literary Journal.
I have M.S. and R.A. so I am somewhat of
a homebody. A left of left Democrat yes,
Virginia, there are liberals and
Democrats in the great state of Texas.
Basically I'm just your average
nextdoor bleeding heart liberal Buddhist.
And I must admit that I am a bit of a
conspiracy theorist, I am totally
hip to the whole "just because I'm paranoid,
doesn't mean they aren't following me.
My 2 favorite movies are
1. COOL HAND LUKE
2. CONSPIRACY THEORY
Cool Hand Luke- after all, Luke questions
authority, he fights against the system,
pushes the envelope, and tho they wound
him- they never really break him. He never does
get his "mind right" according to the 'man'.
When they see they can't ever break him- they
shoot him dead- but he dies with that
"big ol' Luke grin on his face."
And how many times have you thought when
listening to government spokespeople
"What we have here is failure to communicate?"
2. Conspiracy Theory-
greatest love story of all time nuff said.
